Bhd. was founded by Mr. Devadass Sathasivam, an Electrical Engineering–trained professional who evolved into a visionary entrepreneur with strong ambition and deep industry insight. He built his journey not only on technical knowledge, but on the ability to translate engineering expertise into real business value, shaping a company grounded in capability, discipline, and long-term vision. Throughout his career, he led and contributed to numerous engineering developments, including over 50 major marines, offshore, and large-scale industrial projects across key locations such as Port Klang, Westports Malaysia, Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad, and major operations in Lumut Port, establishing a strong presence within some of Malaysia’s most critical engineering hubs.
His experience extended across both offshore and onshore environments, with international exposure in regions such as Abu Dhabi and Qatar, as well as across Asia including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and India, allowing him to operate effectively across diverse technical standards and project environments. His professional journey was further strengthened by industry-recognized certifications and training, including CIDB, NIOSH, Chargeman competency, Electrical Installation and Testing, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, Safety and Health Supervisor training, and Project Safety Management, reinforcing both his technical strength and operational leadership. Beyond engineering, Mr. Devadass Sathasivam was also a forward-thinking entrepreneur with involvement across multiple sectors, bringing a strong commercial perspective into the engineering industry.
Since establishing the company in 2020 and strengthening its foundation by 2023, he guided Futuristic Global Engineering Sdn. Bhd. through consistent project delivery, operational growth, and capability expansion across marine, industrial, and construction sectors. Today, the company continues to grow as a competitive engineering firm in Malaysia, carrying forward the foundation he built, with a clear ambition—to become the number one engineering solutions provider in Malaysia and across the Southeast Asia region.
